Paid work typically begins with a deposit, with the balance due on delivery or per the schedule set in your build contract. Because projects are custom and work begins immediately, deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started; if we haven't begun, the deposit is refundable in full. Specific payment, refund, and cancellation terms for your project are set out in your signed build contract, which controls if it differs from this summary.

Paid projects are governed by a separate signed build contract and, where applicable, a Care Plan agreement — those documents, not these site terms, control the working relationship.
